It would be difficult for Kabete MP Ferdinand Waititu to become governor because the seat requires an intelligent person, Kiambu Governor William Kabogo has said.
On Saturday, Kabogo questioned Waititu’s academic qualifications.
“When some of us speak you cannot tell if the language is English. You can tell someone has been to school by the way they communicate,” he said.
The two clashed in the presence of Deputy President William Ruto, With Waititu accusing Kabogo of abetting proliferation of illicit liquor.
