Ondieki Denies He Was Sacked

Nairobi Environment executive Evans Ondieki yesterday dismissed claims he had been fired by Governor Evans Kidero.

Yesterday, the social media was awash with reports that Ondieki had been sacked for sabotaging Kidero, working with his opponents.

Speaking to the Star on the phone, he dismissed the reports as “rumours fabricated by a corrupt cartel at City Hall which wants to be paid for supplying air”.

Ondieki said a group of individuals led by a well known politician wanted Kidero to sack him for refusing to append his signature on payments that were to be made yet they had not supplied anything.
