Key opposition leaders in Kenya have vowed to forge a single team to dislodge the ruling Jubilee coalition led by President Uhuru Kenyatta form power in the August general election.
Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) principals Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula Wednesday promised to work together, allaying fears among their supporters that they might go separate ways.
At a meeting of elected leaders and aspirants from opposition parties, the opposition politicians said they planned to come together under an umbrella body, the National Super Alliance (NASA).
Although they did not unveil the structure of their alliance line-up ahead of the August polls, sources within the opposition ranks said they may name their presidential flag-bearer as early as next month.
