Mvita MP Abdulswamad Nassir yesterday urged Governor Hassan Joho to meet all county MPs to iron out differences and rally support for the Health Bill.
The bill is in its first reading in Parliament. Nassir said the interests of Mombasa residents must be well represented and captured in the bill, as the county hosts the largest referral hospital at the Coast.
“We need to agree on the clauses that are going to be beneficial to Mombasa residents and other Coast people,” he told the Star on phone. Joho should invite Mombasa doctors and nurses to the meeting, Nassir said.
