The Industrial Court has dismissed with costs a petition filed by sacked Nyeri county Agriculture executive Shadrack Mubea.
Mubea wanted to be reinstated.
Justice Byram Ongaya on Wednesday said the petition was filed without supporting affidavits.
Governor Nderitu Gachagua sacked Mubea on April 7, on the basis that he neglected duty and “was unable to provide a strategic leadership and management skills needed in the agricultural docket”.
Mubea, however, went to court, saying his sacking was unconstitutional and unprocedural. He said his rights were violated.
