MORAN (EA) Publishers has urged police in Central to crack down on traders selling pirated text books to unsuspecting parents, schools and teachers.
Mt Kenya regional manager Blaise Mwangi said many of the company’s books have been pirated and are now being sold by street vendors and unscrupulous booksellers.
He said the books are sold in Thika, Nyeri, Kerugoya and Karatina towns.
Mwangi urged police to arrest those involved.
He spoke at Kairuthi Primary School in Othaya, Nyeri county, on Tuesday after donating books.
