Clerk is a blight to the good name of Huduma

While I laud Huduma Centres for bringing key government services closer to the people, I wish to call the attention of the supervisors of the centre at GPO to counters 6 and 7 for the Registrar of Companies.

One rude clerk likes giving customers a tongue-lashing when they ask questions.

Customers have to wait for long because most times he is busy serving people not on the queue.

Many people would rather wait to see his polite and hardworking partner.
